We conduct the assessment process. Our assessments are conducted
online on a secure assessment center that we set up for your
organization. The process is as follows:
- Together
with you, we select the appropriate assessment(s)
- You choose the current
employees and/or applicants to complete the assessments
- You provide us the name,
email, and job title of each person chosen
- We generate an email
invitation to each person
- Each person completes
the online assessment
- We perform the analyses
and generate the reports
PHASE
III: WE DELIVER...
After investigating the
results we deliver them to you and discuss implementation strategies
to improve effectiveness. Our delivery time is as quick as it
gets. We are able to deliver individual feedback reports via
email immediately after each person completes the online assessment(s).
For more advanced analyses and results, we deliver formal presentations
according to your timetable. At anytime, you always have access
to us so we can support you via email or phone.
